Suave founded SuaveMusic in September 2020. The idea for setting up the business came from when he was working with the desire to create the best audio experience for his upcoming project “Past Tense | Future Bound”. He quickly realized that audio production and engineering can be very intimidating for artists and thus hinder artists from creating the best audio content for their audiences. He decided to learn the process and build a team of people who could help him perfect the sound.

The music creation portion of the business is operated by Suave, and a few partners that work together as a remote team in Seattle, New York, Lagos, and Munich. SuaveMusic releases his music under the SuaveMusic brand via distribution partnership with TuneCore!

Musician’s days are busy – many hats are needed

Suave has many hats. He still has a day job in Software Sales, so his typical day starts from there. Afterwards he spends some time with his family - his closest ones are very important to him.

After time with family, he changes the hat. He starts working for SuaveMusic and begins online outreach to artists nationally and internationally - to offer them SuaveMusic services: Audio Engineering, Beat Production, and more. Next step is to start the mixing process on an artist’s track with the team.

Later in the evening he changes hat again and starts creating his own music, Suave sounds. Once this is done, he gathers again with the family and starts the next day repeating all over again - just a small glimpse into the start-up life/hustle of an Artist/Engineer looking to change the way people hear the world around them!

SuaveMusic has two business' goals in social media marketing. The first is creating a following around the brand and the second one is fostering a place where their following is happy to engage with them and knowing more about their services. Now their online identity is undergoing a rebrand however, but they encourage artists to connect with them to stay in the loop with their future growth and story!

Social media is the place to find the hottest artists that is needed for production work, and to find the key audiences that are engaging with them.
